I am not one to usually take the time to write reviews, but I also think that exceptional customer service should be recognized and acknowledged. My husband and myself, had recently switched banks, and I needed to cash a check. We were going out of town and the new bank held out of town checks for 5 to 7 days. Not wanting to wait for the funds to be available in our account, I decided to pop into Check n go to see what my options were. I was greeted by Michelle who was AMAZING! She was polite, friendly and VERY good at her job! She explained everything to me throughly and cashed my check for a fraction of what other comparative places in town had quoted me. She was super professional and polite from the moment we walked in the door. She was constantly checking on me and other customers while we were there, making sure we were doing ok, asking if we needed anything, and keeping us updated on approvals or stuff that was being done with paperwork while we waited. Every customer in there was felt to believe that our business was important to her. She had us out the door, cash in hand, in no time at all. Regardless of why you are needing their services, I highly recommend you go see Michelle in Sedalia, MO if you need any services offered by Check n go.I have no doubt you will be as impressed as we were. Side note: On the off chance that someone high up at Check n go read this, this is the kind of employee you want being the face of your company and dealing with customers. Amazing customer service is so hard to find these days, and she is the very definition of what it should be. She left a lasting impression on me and just went above and beyond to the customers in your store and myself while I was there. I would make sure you keep her around for as long as you can! I was running around everywhere trying to get my check cashed and nobody could do it for me. I came in and Michelle helped me get it done quick and easy, she was the only one in the store and had multiple customers but still got me situated, thank you Michelle!!

I applied today with Debra and she was absolutely fantastic. She was very helpful made sure I understood everything. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
