We had the opportunity to work with Gena, she did not disappoint. Kind, personable, funny, trustworthy, and forward thinking. She continuously stayed energetic and was patient with any questions we had. My first home buying experience was enough to make me want to avoid ever doing it again, but Gena, she made it almost painless. Flat Branch did a phenomenal job of keeping us up-to-date with where our loan was at with their app and it was obvious we had MULTIPLE people working on our loan on any given day, each of them knowledgeable, well-informed, and responsive.
