Talked to a really rude feminine sounding person who claimed their name was “mike” wanting to do a loan application. Whenever I asked questions about why certain information was needed he started giving really nasty responses as if I was upsetting him by asking a question about MY information. Eventually I said I would like to just cancel the application and not proceed as I’m not comfortable continuing giving you my information and they hung up on me. Yet somehow I have a hard inquiry on my report minutes after being hung up and didn’t even give all the needed info. I will definitely be filing a fraudulent claim against Tower Loan. Do not contact them. Go elsewhere!
