Horrible horrible horrible. I came here because things were tough, and they were willing to work with my credit. If you are one day late the manager will harass you and demand you borrow from a friend or family member to pay your debt. I get paid biweekly and all of my debtors are understating of being paid a few days late. This ‘manager’ is by far the worst human I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Zero people skills. Zero customer service. Never would I refer ANYONE to this place! Master financed on Glenstone is owned by the same person I believe. I will always give them a 10 out of 10. As long has you communicate with the girls there, they are very pleasant.

The lady was very rude! Called me at work I told her my situation and set a time. Went in and nothing I brought seemed to please her. Finally after waiting my whole lunch I was told. Can’t do a loan with out of state ID. Maybe tell people that ahead of time! All in all I’m not to displeased as the office looked empty and unprofessional! And the forms looked generic! Hope my identity doesn’t get stolen here!

Terrible business. They call and threaten, intimate and harass. Laura will call over and over and not read account notes! Not to mention the predatory loan rates!!! DO NOT give this place your business!!!!

Laura always makes very welcome strong eye contact when you talking with her always go above and beyond to be understanding and work on bumps that might occur always friendly inviting and acknowledges your voice and looks at you also a good experience when at Ardmore finance with Laura
