LendNation, Springfield, MO

This was my first time visiting LendNation! Kimberly the Branch Manager was very nice and helpful and she as training a new hire. After I came in several people came in behind me. She had the new hire help me while she assisted others and made it a very smooth process and transition. She explained all the benefits that come with doing a loan online vs in store! So glad I stopped by!

Kimberly was our savior today. We had a check that was a difficult type to get cashed, and our own credit union is not local nor helpful. Worse, no one in the area would authorize it. Kimberly has the answers, education and skills to assist her guests. Her patience and understanding are first rate. I never thought I would need someone with next-level knowledge to simply cash a check, but when i did, Kimberly came through.

Kendra is an amazing professional and funny. Very easy to talk to. She made this quick and easy. I appreciate her time and the approval. Trying to fix my credit. This will be helpful. Thank you Kendra

David at at gelnstone in Springfield was honestly gave me the best customer service I have ever had In my lifetime. I was goin through a tough time in my life and he helped me pull myself out. I am extremely impressed with the service and the type of employees lend nation hires.

This place is awesome the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in how to take care of businesses in a very professional way. They are Great at what they do and that is loaning money and being very nice and caring about their customers!! If ever I need a small loan I will definitely come back and see them !!!

Kim and Amber absolutely warm and sweet. Very very helpful and never judgmental. We all go into borrow money feeling some type of way about it, and they really do just see you as person no judgement what so ever. Life happens. Holidays especially if you need help they can offer a higher loan amount, case by case, of course.

Amber and Kayla are so amazing and super helpful this evening. Especially after a long stressful day. They made me laugh and actually made me feel welcomed. I’d definitely 10/10 recommend coming here and seeing Amber and Kayla :)
