2 stars they give you money with a interest rate 30 year’s ahead of inflation rate. Not honest company, online app never works, they call you all the time even when you pay them each month, then you must spend 15 minutes on the phone each month to keep your account in good standing. It’s sad. Report them to the state attorney general if you have any issues, shut them down permanently.

My time there with your loan person was very nice, I enjoyed it a lot thank you Darwin.

If I could give a negative number as a review I would. This place is unprofessional to say the least. My mom and I walked in to the office and at first had a positive interaction with a young man seated at the second desk. He was polite asking Mom how can he help her. As she is telling him why she is there the woman at the third desk back overhears and starts shouting orders at him and shouting the rest of my moms business over the expanse of the office the remainder or the visit. (The young man left after making a photocopy.) She was uncaring and unsympathetic that my father had just died. She loudly spoke to Mom and a person on the phone about his death and his nonpayment (bc he died!). She never invited Mom to her desk, never invited her to sit, never came forward to speak to her face to face, and definitely didn't offer condolences. When we were leaving I grabbed her card and to my surprise when I read it in the car, she is the BRANCH MANAGER!!! Obviously they need some business training and customer service training.
