The employees are kind, understanding and fast. Made it easy to get the funds I needed during a family emergency. The ladies in the office were kind and easy to work with and fast and efficient. They made sure I was able to choose may best payment options and amount of money I needed. They had everything ready by the time I got there. Will definitely bring my business back to this location of OneMain.

One Main Financial is the best place to get a loan. My last trip I consolidated my Bill's and now I have only 1 payment due.

After reading reviews about OneMain, I’m very surprised. My husband and I have been doing business with them for over a year now. They’ve ALWAYS been very professional, polite, and understanding. They go way above and beyond what they should, ESPECIALLY Steve and Kylie. They answer all of my (dumb) questions with politeness and they are willing to do whatever they can to help. When COVID hit, and everything got rough for everyone, they were able to help us. And didn’t judge us or make us feel bad. I live on the south side, in fact about 5 minutes from the other office, and I will continue to drive across town for them. When I call they know me by name. And when I walk in they greet me instantly. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I applied for a $6,000 personal loan online with OneMain to help consolidate my credit cards. Their website indicated that a loan decision would be rendered “within minutes.” I clicked through a few screens and was told that I was approved. No issue there. A few minutes later, however, I received an e-mail telling me that I had to call the office “to complete the application process.” I applied for the loan over the weekend, when their office was closed. Also, if I wanted to talk to a person about getting a personal loan, I would have called in the first place - I would not have done it online. I did not have time to call the office until late Tuesday morning. Between Monday & Tuesday mornings, I received SEVEN messages telling me to call the office: Three e-mails, two text messages, and two voicemail messages. Once I called, I was asked a series of questions about my income and assets. (I understand that this is necessary when applying for a loan, but why wasn’t I asked these questions when I applied ONLINE?!) After answering these questions, I was promptly told that they could not do anything for me. My brief experience with OneMain can be described in three words: Deception (not being able to have a decision “in a few minutes”), pressure (the constant messages in a ~24 hour period), and embarrassment (having had to go through extra effort only to be rejected). I will not do business with them in the future.
