Only use this place if you enjoy having them harass family members. No idea how they got their numbers but I guarantee it was unethical.

Lot of calls to refinance, but nice people. Only issue is with check they give you. I had to sit thru a 30 min lecture From bank of America stating how they didnt have to honor check. Etc etc. They need to use another financial institution

Yes I don't always pay on time but I do pay my payment. I do have a loan charged off with them. I used to call them when I was going to be late but I stopped because the manager Daniel is the rudest most insensitive SOB I have ever met in my life. I am on a fixed income and have lots of medical cost and health problems but he just doesn't care. Overspeaks me like I am no body on the phone too. Do not go to this place for a loan. No I am not the perfect customer but these people are class A#1 holes. Except for Courtney. She is nice and seems to care about my situation.

Nice people. I've gotten a couple loans from this company and although interest is high, that's expected, people shouldn't expect things for free. They call me if I'm late on a payment, which happens because I forget, and they always work with me and are always polite.

My husband found this company and took out loans with them that I cosigned. Fine...that's ok. Then, three years ago he fell ill. Some payments were late, as he was hospitalized for five months, but never a missed payment. Five months ago, he passed away. I explained I was unable to pay, and that I was opening an estate case and they could collect from the estate of my late spouse. The young man who contacted me at that time was respectful, kind, and understanding. Since then it's been harassment like you can't believe!!! The last call I got from them was a young lady who talked to me like a dog. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE, AND YOUR MONEY, DO NOT USE TOWER LOAN. I'll die before I ever cosign, or use a company like this again. I'd rather live in a cotton shack in the holler than to listen to some smart mouthed little girl tell me what's what. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

What is this Shady company? They called me looking for my husband's ex wife and couldn't tell me where they got my information.
