Cash America Pawn, St. Francois Township, MO

Not very satisfied with my experiences here at this shop. The Manager at this location doesnt supervise her Employees at all. When asked why EVERYTHING you have here is slowly being put out to be sold, Nichole (Management) says its not her job to make sure the other employees do their jobs. Which if im not wrong is the WHOLE reason your in Management. For someone who is in this shop 3 times a week or MORE asking if anything is due, This shouldnt be happening. So im Just letting others know if you Pawn your items at the Parkhills location. There is a high chance you'll never see these things again ( unless its in a case to be sold) mind you i was in here on the 7th and was told im all paid up. Its the 9th at open and this is what i walk in to... my items xbox1, nintendo switch, 3ds, and extra remotes and game cartridges being sold and employees taking the video games home (free of charge) and saying its not their job to watch other employees that movies and game are free to employees (WHAT)... umm somethings DEFF kinda fishy there... maybe it should be looked into... *Rant over*

Very rude came in a 4:45 they close at 6 they seen me looking at the guns and came over and closed the doors in the long guns and said they quit roping guns at 5:00 ! It was only 4:45 they were just to lazy and didn’t want to deal with it! I had cash and was a interested buyer!! Very rude even if they don’t want to sell guns after 5 which makes no sense why would you not show them to a potential customer I could have came back and bought the gun the next day!! I won’t be going back and it wasn’t even 5:00 yet when they closed them while I was standing there looking very rude

I've been shopping here for years back when they was bargain mart. Always had nice stuff at great prices.

The manager i talked to. Her name was Nicole. Was VERY unprofessional when asked about some of her Employees and issues with pawns and layaway she stated its not her job and went to the office and refused to deal with it. Get new management and maybe it will be a better place to shop.

Seriously.... employees here act like children. I prefer not to go somewhere to be hit with rubber bands and inks pens while shopping because the employees are chasing each other around like children. I wont be returning. Not very professional.

My first impression of this facility is "METHVILLE" The staff all look strung out, they are highly unfriendly and rude. They will also not pawn/buy anything with GPS, which is already suspect. You would be better off with a more reputable pawn shop.

They'll take your money but they don't put it towards your item (s). Paid hundreds of dollars towards a ring, now being told they have no record of our payment.. hmm. Seems to me they're pocketing money and then claiming you still owe. I'd watch your totals REALLY carefully and keep ALL receipts. These people are skurvy!!

I went in to pawn my ps4 pro, had the power cord and a camouflage controller with it and charging cord for the controller. I went in to get it out of pawn and one of the employees had "swapped" out (stolen) my power cord and took my controller and swapped it with a broken one. They are the most incompetent people who run a horrible business. They steal customers items when you pawn them and act like they don't know what you're talking about when you confront them about it. My ps4 pro has a power cord that you would use for a PC and they swapped mine out for an Xbox power cord, how stupid do they think I am when I get there and it's not the same. They are the worst pawn shop and they steal money and customers belongings. Never again will I trust them with my stuff.
