Tina and Jenna are really nice :) and they smell good too. Etta is the best too! She was in the phone and helping everyone at the same time. Edit: Aug 3rd. Crystal helped me and my girlfriend Ashleigh with a virtual account online and other stuff that was really important. No other banking place has been as helpful. We really depend on Ace and Crystal and all the nice people there.

I went to the Ace Check Cashing facility on South Grand on 7-6-22. I needed to draw funds from my mother's MetaBank Visa Debit Card. I was informed that the card was expired! My mom is on a fixed income, and really needed the funds that had been deposited on the Visa account. When I asked how l could access these funds for my mom Tina and Jenna immediately began to assist me in obtaining a temporary card for my mother, and explained all the steps in obtaining a permanent card for my mom. Tina and Jenna patiently did all of this to help me with my mother's situation even though l arrived 15 minutes before closing, and by the time we obtained a new card for my mom the store was definitely closed! l thank you both again for going above and beyond Tina and Jenna!!!
