I went in to load money on a card at Store 2306. I was having a bad day and was very frustrated but clerk Shanell Buckley made my experience great and even turned my day around. Ms. Buckley had great customer service skills, i was helped in a timely manner and she was very patient with me, sometimes you just need that 1 person to ask how your day is going when it was shown on my face and Ms. Buckley did just that. I will be returning to this location just for that GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT! Thank you.
