In the past Arrow helped my husband with his car loans. We paid off several cars. Fast forward Son needed a car. Against my willingness we were told that we need to go on the car with him which I wasn't working at the time and my husband was in a chapter Needless to say it has been hell. The Rudeness unprofessionalism.Then they never spoke to us the cosigners about nothing they spoke with him about. They towed the car had a norther engine put in it because the car stop running multiple times with out our approval. Their mechanic wouldn't release car unless we signed for a repair loan needless to say the car has stop running again. And they are harrassing me for payments not my son. And to top it off my son never registered the car and when pulled over by police they say the car Vin number isn't coming back to the car. Never ever in life will I deal with them Again or refer them!

Fast approval for a car loan and very easy to work with. Especially given that I am self employed, did require a cosigner as my credit was trashed at the time. The ladies in the office were very understanding and reasonable when calling in (I was never late late with a payment but missed by a few days) and they were always 100% professional - but busy office! Appreciate your efforts and kindness.

I finance my car through this company. I was almost done paying my car off. I mean like really close. They sent toll trucks out to get my car. Due to the pandemic most people were struggling to make payments and they knew that. They tried to come take my car because I owed them $150 more then I was done . They added late fees every step of the way they did not miss a beat. I will not recommend this company. I repeat I will not recommend this company!!!!!!! Now.

should be the last resort for a loan, they are a joke. Tried buying a car for my kids, $6000 loan, they wanted more than my $17000 loan on my other car from a dealer. Find some where else to get a loan.. and yes I do have good credit

Do not I repeat do not. Even if this is your lost option dont think it is. They literally approved me, signed all the paperwork, put the down payment down and got the car for the dealership to take it back 5 days latee because arrow would not give them a check. I gave arrow everything they needed otherwise why sign paperwork. I am currently suing and also reporting to bbb. I also got approved same down payment else where and less payment.

People on here talking about unprofessional and rude and stern. What do you expect? Hold up your end of the bargain. They give you money in good faith even when your credit is in the tank. They expect you to pay on time or keep in contact with them if financial hardship.. hold up your end of the deal and there will be no problem! I have always had a good experience with them even when couldn't make a payment on time. They worked with me. Rude sometimes sure. But look at the amount of bs they deal with. It's a business they have to be stern. Or they wouldn't be in business!!!

I had no issues when I financed my car loan through them. They were helpful, friendly, and efficient. Got approved quickly when I was in a bind and needed a vehicle quickly for work.
