I am extremely upset with this location the do what ever they want with your account. I asked them to take me off their call list especially since I have not missed a payment with them. So now they have chosen to automatically draft from my account when I never told them that I wasn't going to be able to make it today they at this point are making the decision for me. I will be looking to speak with district and or regional manager ASAP. This is ridiculous

I did try to call the number listed but was hung up on twice then was sent directly to a dial tone the 3rd time. I Guess it's closed or they don't like to answer they phones.
