While I didn't get the exact amount I requested, when I put their approved loan amount with one of my December paychecks, it was enough to pay the $2, 200 sales tax for my 2018 Kia Optima LX auto. Fast,friendly service. No other way to describe it. This is my second time going to them and I can't think of one reason not to go back.

I am so disappointed that I even attempted a small loan with OneMain Financial. I recently refinanced my house so I know my credit score is over 775, I have cash on hand but thought it might be a better plan to leave that in savings and get a small $5000 loan for a purchase. The interest rate was 35.99% during these times of record low rates! I now have an inquiry on my credit for this worthless attempt. I recommend avoiding this company. Oh, by the way, they did offer to refinance my vehicle currently at 5.5% interest at a rate of 16% instead.

Very disappointed as I feel this company gave me false hope. I needed the loan to consolidate debt I was "pre-approved" for $4000. After submitting all of the information they deny me because there isn't enough equity in my car that was required to be used for collateral. I don't understand that since my car is a 2017 in perfect condition. Haley was very nice during the process but I am extremely disappointed in the out come.

I’ve tried doing business with this company 2 times. The first time, loan was approved and about to transfer funds; however, the loan officer seem shady and didn’t really know what he was doing so I did not take the loan because I didn’t feel comfortable with the transaction after working with the staff. The second time, within the same year, I applied and I was denied the loan, nothing has changed since the last time I applied, except for their credit inquiry on my file. Do not do business with this company it is a total waste of your time and damage to your personal credit report. Now I’m left with two inquiries on my credit from this company and I haven’t received anything services from them. Total waste and I will not recommend doing any business with this company

I worked with Lauren at the Chippewa location St Louis Missouri. I have to say she was outstanding. she went above and beyond explaining different things to me and stayed very positive and I actually learned quite a bit from her. she was very helpful. I highly recommend anyone that needs this kind of financial assistance to contact her.
