I can’t say enough good things about Stuart and the team at American Mortgage. Stuart was always there for every need for an updated pre-approval letter over the year long attempt to get a contract on a house. When we finally did land a contract the team was great. It had been over 25 years since I’d bought a house and much had changed in the process. Laura and Stuart were easy to get in touch with to answer questions and walk me through the whole process. Without them the mortgage rules would have been a nightmare. I also have to credit Stuart’s Bagel Loan for helping to smooth out closing. Above and beyond! Don’t know how we didn’t call them the first place. We were out just 3 weeks from closing already prepared to do the closing with another bank, when I tried to call Stuart after hearing several ads from ESPN. After that phone call, Stuart and his team got everything like he said in the first place he was going to get it done. Save my family a lot of $$$. Definitely try them out!
