Waaaaw, where do we start. What an amazing experience through FSCB. They are amazing and would highly recommend doing business with this bank, specially if you are planning on purchasing a home. Loan Officer Ryan Juergens was professional and made the entire process a Stress free experience. He took care of everything. He is smart and knows the in and outs of buying a home. He was able to evaluate our situation and find the best Loan that suits us. Most importantly, he finds solutions for one of the most important purchases in life, a home. Thank you again to the FSCB and Ryan Juergens for taking care and helping us find a place to call home. 100% recommend this bank and their staff.

It's a real shame that you guys lie to your customers. I called ahead about my problem and was reassured that there would be no issues and it would all be taken care of easily. . Once I got to my branch location I was told a completely different story. I do not and will not do business with a bank that does not hold up to their word.

My experience with FSCB is excellent. They have been helpful, professional, courteous, friendly, and reliable for the 20+ years I have been banking with them.

Never have been so disrespected in my life I walked into the bank asking to deposit money into my account and get a singular box of pennies and the worker I seen rolled her eyes and gave me a snobby look when I asked and then went back and talked to all her Co workers right in front of me then walked out and told me since I didn't have a business I couldn't buy pennies this is the most discriminating place I've ever visited and the most picky and snobby bank ever they don't fulfill their costumers wishes unless they're top tier people terrible bank! They talked down to me and they said since I opened my account in Conway I couldn't get my pennies there. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

After having money transferred to my account to pay my bills they charged me overdraft fees because the transfer happened after 2pm. Even though it showed in my account the funds were available. They refuse to refund the error and are completely useless. Never bank with this bank they abuse the overdraft policies.

Ladies there were really friendly and had no problem selling me a box of coins to look through for CRH. Thanks!
