Been Banking here for 23 years, my Grandmother banked here for over 30 years. As she got older and made a few mistake with her checking account, I new all I had to do was go into the bank mention her name and they knew who I was talking about. They were ever so helpful, they would waive fees and help me in any way to figure out what she had done wrong. Now that I'm getting older I've had one or two mistakes and I'm more than welcome to go in, they know who I am just because it's been 23 years and my time helping my Grandma. I know I can always get help. Everyone so far has been very polite, helpful, even funny at times. Will I ever change Banks? Never I'm at United Bank of Union for life.
