i would never recommend this place for a loan. They do not mail you anything or paperwork on your loan. I had not heard anything on our loan until it was late. We bought furniture at Hefner Furniture in Farmington, Mo. and did not know who they gave us credit through. They called after the payment was late (which i did not know) and will not waive a late fee of $10.00. I pay my bills on time and this makes me very mad that they would not even waive a one time fee. What a way to start out. Actually I would not even give them a 1 star.

I would give it no stars if i could, this was the biggest mistake EVER. I will not recommend this place of business, are joke of a business to anyone. And i will make sure to spread the word on what a joke this place is. Not only was i told one thing and another happened but then because of the manager that they let goes mistake they want to charge me, and totally inconvenient on how to pay and not like they are already gouging your in interest on what they have loaned you which started out a 300 repay fee to the manager telling me to refinance so the date could be change to my check payment to now over 1,000 (which i wasnt explained till after signing, what i thought was just to change the date) and then charge a convenience fee to pay like they are already not getting enough extra. totally dissatisfied and when brought up about what the old manager did the girl just made excuses and the new kid manager just sat behind his desk smiling. And my payment is supposed to be one thing and with no explanation at all and my payment not being late it has went up. This place needs to shape up are close down. And after spreading the word on social media and to friends and having them spread the word ect. hopefully it will be the 2nd choice.

I’ve received over a 100 phone calls on my phone, work & now they’re harassing my mom who’s in her late 70’s a $1,200 loan that was sent through the mail has now turned somehow into over a $3,000 loan. The people that work here for real have issues. Calling someone’s job will make them not have a JOB to make the payment they so badly need. Biggest mistake of my life dealing with these people. Thankfully my loan will be paid off through bankruptcy bc I can’t deal with the harassment anymore. If your looking for extra cash, DON’T go here!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!! Same review as previous ones. We bought furniture from Mueller's and financed through them. They do not send you bills and will call you when your payment is late! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Great, but a tad annoying especially if payment is not made the day it is expected.

They threw out some old school excuses that they clearly need to advance to new times. What a way to start out. Don’t go here and pay your bill off as soon as possible because you never know what an old place like this will throw at you when they have so many fees and won’t wave them when it’s their fault.
