If I could give them zero I would. Firstly would like to say I have been told to shut up, I have been screamed at, and just completely threatened by some employees here. Names are Tom, Rachel, and Tony. They don't care to listen, if you say anything other than yes or no, you will be screamed at. They blocked my number to where I can't call them, because "Rachel" didn't want to listen. I let her talk and belittle me for 5 minutes and still calmly tried to speak. Completely unprofessional and will be using my videos for further notice.this place is a joke.

These clowns messed by changing the wrong account multiple times...and wouldn't honor fixing me being behind from their mistake. When I tried to catch up on what I owed, they didn't want to take any payment at all. I tried everything to catch up, but they took the car and sent me a ghost letter to go to court I never got. Now they are garnishing my check. These are horrible people...and that lady the does "customer service" for them needs to learn to be a people person. Stay Away from this place!

First off, Tom is the best to work with hands down I wish he was just able to handle my account during the duration of my loan by himself!! Customer Service is friendly, however keep in mind that if you have other things to pay for and your car note is not at tip top priority to pay on time, understand that they will continue to call you day after day continuously!! They leave multiple voicemails over and over again til your last payment!!! Secondly, keep in mind that this finance company CANNOT OR WILL NOT change your due date which would be helpful for some people that know they will be paying their note late, if it's your last option I understand but just know this will happen

I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism the lack of compassion from the employees and the amount of disrespect that they’re allowed to give to borrowers while they’re having a financial hardship. Typically companies with branding and national reputations don’t allow their representatives to speak with their customers in such a way. Anytime I’ve tried to ask a question I get hung up on or yelled at and demeaned as if I’m stupid. I’ve never had one decent experience with this company. If you have any choice at all do not finance your car through this company.

We just had got this car ain't even had it over a month contacted the finance department Midwest acceptance and if we could work with this on our car note so we can get the car fixed being that it's our only vehicle they were very rude unwilling to help it's ridiculous the garage said if we keep driving a vehicle it could cause internal damage so we're stuck in between a rocking a hard spot but what are we to do when I called and spoke with them the supervisor was very rude yelling into the phone so I yelled back of course I've never been entreated this way in my life through any company if I could give no stars I would not give any

I have been trying to reach this company concerning a car that is now in the shop at the dealer after I've had it for two weeks. I do not want the vehicle and was told that Midwest has already sent the money for it to the dealership. The engine and oil light is on and at this point if the loan isn't funded yet. I ask that it not be funded. The vehicle's fan stays on after the engine is turned off and this has been nothing but hell for me. I am willing to surrender the vehicle at this point even though the first payment isn't due yet.

I got behind a little bit because my grandmother passed away At the end of September, And so I called this morning to see if I could arrange 2 payments, So then I'll be completely caught up, I talked to a lady named Cathy who was very, very rude and very disrespectful. And she referenced my deceased grandmother in a horrible manner. The lady wouldn't even take the time to listen to me. Nor help me. So I called back and I talked to a supervisor who was very, very friendly. Who took the time out to listen to me and understand where I was coming from as a Human being. Where we all have hard times But I would not recommend talking to Kathy. Very rude person, very disrespectful. And if this company loses business honestly I would believe that a lot of it was from her, she was very hateful towards myself this morning & I don't understand why. Thank you so much Vince & Annette I appreciate Your help.

This place is the only place that even considered a car loan for me. I see a lot of people complaining about interest rates and not being able to pay. It’s as simple as this, they didn’t force you to sign the dotted line folks! I truly thank you MAC for approving me and appreciate all you have done for me thus far.
