I was 10 minutes early before the bank even opened and they were more than happy to help me and get me out of there as quickly as possible. Very professional and polite.

I could not cash my life insurance check that was from a national insurer and Big Bank. I was forced to deposit it and wait 7-10 business days before it became available, which made me overdraw my account, which they charged me for, and I had a direct deposit into my account for over a decade with them. I am closing my account because in this stressful time in my life, they were ZERO help!

I walked in at 659 pm 1 minute before they close the manager was great helped with several accounts and answered all my questions and had some helpful advice on one of my accounts. The time she spent to help me and resolve my issues was amazing. She didn't have to do that and was very happy to do it. She's great!
