Tower Loan, Warrensburg, MO

Give them about $1700 payment this month. That leaves me $0 for food, shelter and etc… but I want them to have everything I have… who cares if I eat or not… just stop with the harassment phone calls

This is my experience with Tower loan, they sent me an offer in the mail for a loan and the interest was fair so I responded and agreed to take on the loan. I payed me payment on time and every so often they would send me a loan offer in which I would not except because of the interest on the loan. I had a tragic event and I lost my son so I called Tower and they told me to come in. I needed help with the funeral expenses so I took out another loan. I was not myself because of my situation but im a math guy. After the funeral I looked over my loan paper and I was surprised Tower loaned me thirty five hundred dollars. They put two thousand dollars interest I didnt understand why they put so much interest because the first loan I received I got twenty five hundred and I only paid six hundred dollars. I don't know if the guy took advantage of me because of my situation but the interest they put on the second loan is unacceptable and they had me put this life insurance and rental insurance on the loan. So I read over the insurance and it made no since, it covers nothing so I went in to cancel the insurance. They canceled the life insurance but they said it was a one time payment. I have life insurance and its not a one-time payment its a monthly payment so I didnt understand because that is the only way in my opinion that the loan could be that much. The reason I looked over the life and rental insurance is because my ring was stolen. When I looked over the rental insurance I find out the the rental insurance doesn't cover anything so I asked to cancel the insurance but they said I couldn't cancel. Now remember my ring was stolen and their insurance doesn't cover anything. Some one from Tower responded and said that I have to have rental insurance until the end of my loan, now remember my ring was stolen so I don't have a need for rental insurance. So they keep charging me for a insurance that covers nothing for a ring I no longer have. That makes no since to me this has been a negative experience for me. And when I questioned there unfair policy their answer did not make any common since. So I would like to say my second loan was not a good experience and with me going through a personal crisis I felt that I was taken advantage of. My suggestion to anyone getting loan from Tower to read your paperwork over and check the interest because you might end up paying just as much as you borrowed in interest. This is unacceptable and should be looked into because the interest on those loans are to high. Thank you for taking my complaint.

Friendly staff, very easy and fast process for approval. I have never once had an issue with anyone at Tower. They have always been nice and very understanding if something came up and I needed additional time to make a payment.

Great staff, and a good place to get a loan… they even laugh at my silly jokes. A+ recommended.
