The manager is very rude! She is also very insulting! I’m so sorry I ever got a loan after she became a manager but I promise you this is my last loan with this company. I will keep my business across town with Diane at Advance America!

I have been with them for 6+ years I love them, always very kind every time I go in! I live over and hr away and only come to this one!

Rude employees, can only pay by mail or coming in and no understanding that mail issues happen. They still charge late fee. Manager refuses to return calls. So many other better companies if you need help.

I have coming here for years and every months they let me renew. But this month nope no renewal allowed. They have went thru at least 10 managers since going there. Never once have I have been treated bad until today. I will never recommend this place. to anyone
