I am in banking so maybe I have high expectations for customer service. However, everytime I have visited the drive thru on Saturday I have received horrible customer service. No longer a customer.

Love banking here, they know you by name and have always been more than helpful and friendly. In my experience they've gone out of their way to help get things done.

My parents both banked there for 25+ years. Both passed last year. Went it to try and take care of their bank loans and all. Zero help. Have will, death certificates all legal paperwork. Zero emotion. If you can't show compassion and be human in people's time of sorrow. Don't need it . I own a few properties net worth close to 900k. Plus cash. Moving to lake this summer. And equity po💩bank will not be handling my money.🤔
