Managers extremely kind, down to earth, and professional. Tellers on the other hand; I am extremely disappointed. I have never been treated as badly or as rudely by tellers as I have from this bank. As soon as our business is concluded; will never return and will not recommend.

I do all my banking with them and I like them so much more than Wood and Houston. With w and h I always had these unknown bills coming in from them, but I have never had that problem with community first.would deffinitly recommend banking with them.

I bank with this company at their Thayer office and all the ladies that work there are always so sweet and helpful. It's always nice to drop by the ATM in West Plains when I need a little extra cash to do some shopping.

The personnel are professionals and some individuals are especially nice to deal with. The Bank in West Plains is beautifully decorated . The bookkeeping has been accurate and the staff helpful.

Friendly great service at window and inside but junk atm basicly only able to withdraw from it constantly crashs.. it took $40 from us in the middle of a cash deposit today 09-22-19 and also their 24h call is disconnected!
