I had to change lending companies because the first company couldn't get the job done due to their convoluted protocol. Prime Lending was much more efficient even though their protocol and requirements are horrendous, but I suspect this is industry wide. I miss the days when you bought a house on a handshake which I did three.

Our Loan Officer, and all the staff at Prime Lending, was pleasant and professional throughout the quick and easy process of getting our loan set up exactly as we wanted. No stress!
