Beware of doing business with them -- if you are 30 days late, they show up to your house unannounced and tape letters to your door. Understand it's my responsibility to be on time, but understand that it is their responsibility to send notifications through official channels and NOT show up at your home like you took a loan out from a kingpin on the street. Also, they are incahoots with Ashley Furniture. Their salesmen refer you to this under the table organization even if you are approved for something with more favorable terms. They play the word game "no interest" best deal. We were lied to about so many things with them. Avoid at all costs unless you are desperate (which we were not, we were mislead).

I like the convenience of them sending you a check you can deposit if you want a loan. I wish they had an email for correspondence. I work 12 hours overnight and sleep during the day. I would prefer that they sent emails when they want to correspond with me instead of calling me during the day and waking me up. Also having to pay a $2.95 fee to pay online seems excessive.

On multiple occasions, I heard the Branch Manager talking about other employees and not in a kind way either. Very unprofessional work environment and after hearing her speak like that, I took my business elsewhere. She looked high as a kite every time I came in too. One day around noon, when I left from paying, she nearly hit me pulling into the parking lot, as if she didn’t even see me. She is reckless. I will never do business there again. She needs to be fired.

I received a check in the mail I deposited in my account. A week later I was amazed to know that it had cleared. When I went in to fill out paper work the staff was amazing. It was quick and easy. I would recommend Tower Loan to anyone!

Company practices predatory and frankly stupid methods. Don't ignore any junk mail from them. They will send out a pre-approved real check. You need to VOID and destroy this check. Someone can easily steal your mail, or go through your trash and cash this check using your identity and you will 100% be on the hook for it. This should be illegal (if it's not already) and will be getting reported to the Missouri Department of Revenue.

Had a very disappointing experience with Tower Loan with respect to the interview process . I was sent back home just because i did not have a driver’s license. Where as, neither the Job nor the person who called me for an interview gave me a hint that it could be a problem even after I had clearly mentioned it in the application that I didn’t possess a drivers license Please make sure that you do not waste your time and money behind Tower Loan , because they could just not care to even conduct a proper interview for the sake of something that wasn’t even a priority at first place as it was not even mentioned in the Job Description Was looking forward for a very positive experience but unfortunately Tower Loan isn’t very professional

Poor notating skills result in customer service specialists (and branch managers, Alexa) to behave in loan shark behavior. Although you may encounter a decent human. Please be aware of the verbal threats, unprofessionalism and rude tactics. Customer service does not communicate to each other. There are other options, just avoid Tower Loan!
