Terrible place. Very rude and not professional. Do not do business with these people. No one greeted me when I walked in the door. They seemed to rush me. Was not called to let me know I was denied. So when I talked to check, the lady mumbled something and I asked “so it was denied” and she said “yeah” mumbled more stuff and hung up on me. Will never try to do business with them ever again. I have done business with 1st Franklin for over 6 years. I have always been pleased with their service. The reps have always been nice and professional and most importantly so easy to work with. I highly recommend this office.

Apparently these people delete cases early and refuse to start over (which takes 30 minutes in our case) if they have just ONE case already. Way to put your clients first.

I apply for a loan turned me down stating that I need a co signer went right on to another business and got a loan with no co signer or nothing guess they help who they wanna help don't try give the next person a try or nothing
