They do not have any knowledge of what they are doing. They threaten you to try and get paid. When you ask for information to pay the bill online they don't give it all. They do not send out statements. They say they can't get a hold of corporate office. No one to report them to.

The most scamming company I’ve ever dealt with. I called to pay off my 0% interest loan 2 months in advance and they didn’t charge my card the full amount. For 6 months I assumed my loan was paid off until they called asking if I wanted to borrow more money and said I had a balance. I was sent no letter or received any calls for 6 months after my last payment saying that I still had a balance. I’m sure karma will work against any employees/owners involved in this company. I hope if anyone has a choice between loaners to never choose this unethical and shady company. It’s amazing they are still in business.

I got "courtesy" reminders a few days before my loan was due. I asked them not to do this, but they continued...up to 6 calls a day! Because I was only paid once a month as a teacher, and because my check was issued on the last work day of the month, my check came on different dates. Tower Loan would not give me a grace period to pay them. Say my check came on the 31st one month, but my loan was due on the 30th. I would tell them in advance that I would pay on the 31st when my check hit the bank, but they would STILL call, several times a day. This is pure harassment! Their stupid phone calls were not going to make my check hit the bank any sooner! They would not move my due date for 1 day. They were overbearing, rude, and difficult to work with. I have never had such issues with any other company! I was horrified when my mortgage company was bought by Tower Loan. Now I have to deal with these idiots again! I am praying that my son will get the financing from another bank soon to buy my house so that I can get away from having to deal with these idiots again!

They work with small businesses like mine to provide easy financing to customers. It's been a win/win for us since the beginning - and I've had customers request to finance with them for a second and third time, the process is so easy. I've not had a single complaint for any customer, and I have no complaints as well. Love working with them!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially in Biloxi, MS. My husband and I have a loan with Tower Loan. My husband died and the insurance did not cover it, which is fine, Tuesday I called and spoke with Corrie in the Biloxi office and he told me I have a till Friday. I said ok. I found some people to buy my car and they have not paid for it. Yet tower loans made an agreement with them for Monday behind my back. When I ask the manager he confirms that he agreed to wait till Monday for “this man” to make the payment. He said that he did not give a balance out but he did tell a price. After this conversation I talk with Sabrina and she said nothing happened today. They did not make arrangements they did not talk with anyone, they did not give out my information. But yet it is funny they knew the information that was told to me 2 hours after as Corrie put it “this man” called and spoke with him. I was also told “mrs land why don’t you just let them make the payment”. Like I know nothing. Well it was a scam. I tried to tell her that and she still says it is not their fault. Yet all they had to do was tell “this man” to contact me they can not discuss the account. I will be seeking legal next. DO NOT GO THROUGH TOWER LOANS! Your information is not safe and your contract means nothing to them.

I called for more information about my loan. The answered the phone like I was a friend. She didn't know anything about what I was asking. It definitely seems like a scam.

If I could give less stars I would. I have been fighting with them for months to help us by stretching out the loan but they refuse to help. Claim they want to help but threaten legal action if we can’t make payments. They are also claiming that the company doesn’t allow them to stretch out/ help you with making payments. Meaning they won’t work with you at all. Scam of a “Company”.
