This is a predatory loan service. I didn’t have a lot of loan options because my credit was low. I used Republic Finance in Booneville, MS. I borrowed $4000, I think…been paying on this for years. During the COVID-19 pandemic I fell behind and they started to garnish my wages. I requested a payment option and started making payments. I missed one month of payments at they started garnishment again. 25% out of my check every week. I owe Republic $5,515. I owe the attorneys they hired a fee too….$10,675.03 is the total, plus a per diem of $6.16 a day that it’s not paid. I’m going to have to file for bankruptcy. 29% interest… , so it’s choose between groceries for my three kids, or gas to go to work to make Republic and the attorneys more money, with 25% off the top to Republic Finance. But Christy says “just deal with it.”
