Kris is wonderful. Very nice and polite. When you need help shes very informative and very speedy!! Just got a car and hadn't gotten the title back yet. They helped me get it in my name and made a loan that day!

They lie. I talk to Kris two weeks ago about us losing our jobs and I told her I be by there this exact week to pay the note and I walk outside to my car gone. My back window was busted and I told her I had to fix that first. I thought everything was fine. I was not even two car notes behind. This women are liars and do anything to take what you got. Not a good company to deal with at all.

Kris was so very helpful when I went in. She got all my stuff organized to help me get the money I needed. She was very friendly and patient.

First experience with Kris was great. She really helped me out when I needed it. Great customer service.

I do not recommend this company they quote you a price of 4.32% interest on your loan daily which is not the truth. They charge a 299.9952% interest yearly on your loan. In easy explanation if you borrow $600 you pay $1900+ back if all payments are paid on time.They are doing this under what they call a simple interest loan, but it is a high priced title loan. Advanced America is cheaper I suggest them.
