Tower loan is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I was sent a letter in the mail that I was approved for a loan I didn’t apply for in the first place. I used it to help my family in a time of need. At the time I was not able to get caught up on payments because I was transitioning jobs. I was called every other day by different agents, told they were going to take legal action against me, and I was treated very rudely. I recommend anyone who receives an offer from them to decline. It is not worth the time to deal with these people who are extremely rude and very difficult to deal with when trying to pay the loan back.

Tried to buy a gun at Vans sporting goods and they declined me, my dad, and a few people in front of me. Something is wrong with their automatic approval system.

Manager is rude I never want to go their again.she had a smart mouth!
