We were told we were approved for one amount on the phone. We set up a time to go sign all the paperwork two days later. We arrived at the office two days later to sign everything and after being there for almost two hours they told us we were no longer approved for the amount instead we were approved for $3,000 less than the original amount. The explanation of why was not because of any changes in credit or anything logical like that, but because we made more money monthly than what we originally said on the application! So we were approved for less money because we made more money than they thought. It is not the individual at the branch who was responsible but it was just ridiculous!

They were very awesome I really love them. I don’t see anything that needs to change at this time. I would recommend any and everyone to choose OneMain
