The new building is beautiful and something Cleveland should be proud of. I would encourage everyone to go see John and his staff at Statewide. They are busy but always make time to get you in and out at a record time. Great service.

I am happy to be a customer at this bank the only thing I do not like is theres no drive thru like the previous building had because everyone can't go inside especially the disable ones. I wish it will be a drive thru window.

I called about three times and each time the rep answered they would disconnect the call. I called until someone actually answered to assist me. Sadie was the rep who took her time to make sure that I was helped with my issue. She listened and immediately understood. She took care of the problem. Our call didn't even last two minutes. World class service by Sadie in under five minutes 🙌🏿.
