Avoid avoid avoid this branch. From not being able to accept debit cards, to not being able to administer checks the same day, or even by direct deposit, to locking me out of my online account for no reason at all. Avoid.

We bought a washing machine from Cowboy Maloney's and had it financed through tower loan. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. -They don't send out a statement each month, they just expect that you will keep track of how much you owe them, where to mail your check, and remember what day of the month your bill is due on. -They harassingly call several times a month asking you to borrow more money at an exorbitant interest rate. -They charge you to pay your bill online, over the phone, or with a debit card. -The employees were clueless when I would ask them how much I had left to pay on my account because I had a "same as cash" 12 month payment plan, but their system only tells them what you owe plus interest. -It's an ordeal to try to pay your bill at a different location than the one your account was opened with. The guy at the one location said he would have to mail my check to another location because he couldn't find my account on his computer. -When I asked if I would be able to pay my loan off at a different location than the one I opened it at, the guy told me I would have to take out a loan at his location to pay off my existing one, and then I could pay off my new loan at his location. WHAT?!

Hate everything about this place and company. Had a 3rd party loan through another company, who used Tower Loan. Never dealt with them personally, until they called me weekly asking if I wanted more money or to renew my loan. After the third or fourth time, I asked them to stop calling. Now they only call once a month, even though I paid them off a little over a year ago!

this place is absolutely terrible. The customer service is beyond bad, you'd come out better borrowing from chucky cheese. The service is bad, the interest is high, they hassle you for .50 cents. you pay them off and they still call and mail and hassle. I would not recommend at all

Besides the woman at the front desk, the customer service was horrible. Not too many people I know are comfortable having to borrow money in the first place, and when you add the impersonal vibe that radiates from their employees, it becomes an overall bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this particular office to anyone.
