I absolutely LOVE doing business with the ladies at 1st Franklin. They are so helpful and always the sweetest. It is so nice to see such friendly faces when entering that office. Tiffany and her girls always know how to help with any financial burden. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!

Katie and the others are very friendly and nice. The second i walked through the door, i was greeted with a smile from all of them. My questions were answered very professionally. Great rate. Break down every part, explaining everything before signing the paperwork. Most definitely recommend.

Tiffany is one of the best managers First Franklin has ever had. Kim is also one of the best CSRs that has ever worked there. I have been a customer with the company for over 20 years. This team is amazing!
