DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They lost my car title. It took me six months to get a supervisor to talk to me and I was told to go to the DMV and tell them that I paid my title loan off and I want my title. If you have ever done business at all anywhere you know a business is not going to give you your title when the loan company is the one whos name it is in so I spent three more months tracking down a supervisor and all she did was mail me a letter to take to the DMV telling them to give me the title. Naturally after waiting at the DMV for half a day I was told that a representative from Check into cash would have to come get it. I have given up on trying to get anyone in authority on the phone. No one in the office will give me a number to call to talk to a supervisor. They won't even give me the number of the home office and I can't find a number on line that leads to anyone who will take responsibility for getting my title back and I can't apply for a lost title because Check into cash still holds the lein. I have no title so I can't even sell the van. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Ladies were extremely nice at first. They were replaced by new employees that were less friendly and less willing to help. It is sad to be a loyal customer for years to being treated like dirt when new employees take over.
