If you are a first-time home buyer and entering the loan approval process for the first time you need a partner that will explain the process in way that is easily understood, be at your side from the day you submit your application to the day you close on your home. You need the team at JTS. My wife and I are relocating from Alabama to my wife’s hometown of Caledonia, MS. I have suffered through the mortgage approval process several times in the past and I was not looking forward to doing it again. Our realtor recommended JTS for our home loan and their service was exceptional. My issue in the past was a lack of communication about what was expected of me and the overall progress of my loan application. This was not the case with the team at JTS. I made one call and was connected to Krystal who would be our loan officer. She told me from the very beginning what disclosures would be required of me, allowing me to collect what was required and upload all the docs to my application portal. She kept my very informed with the progress of our application. Other lenders I have delt with would constantly be asking for additional information. I felt like the process was a part time job but because I didn’t know any better at the time, I just figured all mortgage lenders did the same. Boy, was I wrong. No, I am not affiliated with JTS. In fact, we ended up with another lender for our loan. Not because of service or loan terms. My wife works for a bank. When they found out we were relocating, they offered us employee incentives no other lender could match. We plan to re-finance in 2-3 years. JTS will be the only call we make!
