Great Customer Service!

I took out a loan on title and have been unable to renew my tags for 4months because it takes up to 12 weeks from the time the loan company submits the application for Lein approval. You would think they would get all of that taken care of the same day as the loan in order to prevent things like this from occurring. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one at the court house with this same issue with the SAME company.
