They have been very easy to deal with in my experience. I have had 2 loans with them including my truck note and they are have been great.

If you like being harassed constantly, then this is the place for you! Non stop phone calls and harassed to the point of one of the associates (Kathy) walking out to my personal vehicle in the parking lot where I was sitting with my kids to ask me when I would be making a payment again! My husband was in the office and she walked out! She even put her hand on my window! Not to top the cake of Jalisa harassing me and belittling me on the phone! Not to mention she is very racial! You will never EVER be able to speak to the “Branch Manager!” They will constantly tell you that they are taking you to court even if your a day past your due date. I would never EVER do business with them even if my life depended on it. I would much rather go without a left kidney then to do business with Lendmark again, hands down!
