This business is a joke to say the least. If you want to credit build look elsewhere. I paid a loan in 12 months. I never had late payment every payment on time. I was told by (Mrs Angela) they going to report to TransUnion accurately wrong!!! I checked my credit report the loan was reported wrong missing payments. It wasn't showing not paid off and closed. I showed my receipt of all payments on time Angela verified the receipt by her system. Andrea or Angela cannot fix the problem. I disputed the account with (TransUnion) to be updated with the correct information on the credit report and they closed the account and removed it from the credit report. TransUnion said they removed the account from credit report. Then they can't add the account back to the credit report with correct information. I called them both to solve the problem multiple times. I got hung up and cussed out. If this how you all deal with customers then you didn't need to be in business. Unprofessional and uneducated staff. I rebuilt my credit report for all bureaus experian equifax and TransUnion to the mid 700s without their help. I took my money and time elsewhere as value customer. If you want a good choice for a credit builder loan is self lender app and kikoff app.
