Never missed a payment. They call me to say I was a preferred customer and they would like to wish me a happy holidays and if I wanted to skip a payment. Of course I did. So she says all I need to do is update your profile. I said ok. A few question into it it started to sound like an application. I asked her if she is pulling my credit cause I don’t want that. Well to late. She pulled it right when I said fell into their BS appreciation gift. NEVER NEVER do business with these low life’s.

Keisha is rude at the Flowood location is buddies with J&J Autobrokers and they sold me a lemon and within a week my car tore up, dealership didn’t give me my money back to get another car from different lot and loan places didn’t help it horrible service please save the headache and don’t do business with neither establishment

Do not take a loan from this business. I completed my loan and requested not to be solicited. Despite their assurances, I continue to be called.

They said have credit score of at least 500 mine is way above that and they still denied me.. No help at all
