(This review is related to our home buying process from 2021). Like another reviewer said, we weren’t lucky either to have amazing service like everyone else. The front desk representative was very nice though. We gave her all of our documents as needed and waited to hear a call back from Sean. Days went by and I hadn’t heard anything back, so I kept calling Sean and eventually was told that our application was denied. He did state the reason but he wasn’t really as helpful with trying to give us tips on how to get approved unfortunately. I felt like we were just tossed to the side since the application denied. In late 2022, we tried the home buying process again and my realtor again, referred me to him and I immediately declined this lender. We are now working with another mortgage lender and have been approved.
