They take forever to handle things for you. It’s like they handle everything on their own time. I financed a car with them in 2017 and it took 2 days to get everything done, now it’s 2020 & I’m trying to finance a car and so far it’s taken almost 2 weeks. After this car I will not be financing anything else with community bank.

Worst bank ever !!!!! Been with them for 8 years and have had nothing but problems the whole time. As soon as I get home I’m withdrawing everything and closing this account. I’m so sick and tired of the troubles I’ve had. Would not recommend anyone using this bank it’s terrible and deserves to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!

Been waiting in drive thru 20 minutes. Teller keeps walking away and taking forever to return to customers! Whats going on?! Raleigh is so much better than this!
