The reason for this rating is they tell all of your business to people that are not to be told. Which is illegal. 2. They force you to sign forms without the other person having knowledge of the signing. Such as they has my caregiver sign my husband's name on a form without asking my husband first and my caregiver kept telling the lady he didn't have my husband's authorization to do that and the lady told him to print my husband's name on the paper anyway and she was.extremely rude. They need more professional people working there and get rid of all of the employees they have now.
