Loan Master, Gulfport, MS

I recently got a loan and tried to use a coupon for 25$ off first payment. They made me go to office max and print it out. They would not print it for me even tho I'm a paying customer.

Was told to come back with proof of income so I show where my deposits were made with cash to my account and they called my boss to verify on top but somehow this still wasn't good enough for this manager apparently with a complex that must have something to prove wanted client receipts and that is over the line and ridiculous to ask of someone this place sucks very much I'd recommend anywhere else b u t here

Jessica is amazing and she deserves a promotion even higher than a manager. I went into the store and came out within 30 minutes they are super fast and approved me for a loan instantly. The staff are super friendly and I 10/10 recommend!

The ladies are great to do business with. Friendly and professional. I had technical issues withy bank repeatedly, they were very courteous and helpful and understanding. Will always recommend them.
