They need attitude adjustment in to learn how to explain what the problem is in there office if corporate is saying it’s a go in their saying corporate said no I’m not understanding

Do Not use this place! Very unprofessional, said mixed up the driver’s license number and my social security number but yet it dinged my credit not once but twice, so they most definitely had correct in the 1st place. Told me I was approved for a certain amount I go and find a vehicle in this range. Call Stephanie back and she says everything is good that I need to get insurance on the vehicle before so I do that. So I do, I pay for this insurance and then I get to one main and she sits me in this room while she Proceeds to call other applicants, then returns to tell me about HER mix up with numbers but I’m not approved through them now. Are you serious right now! You had me insure a car that you said I was good to go on and now You suddenly made mistake and I’m not approved.

This place is awful! If I could give it no stars I would. I applied for a loan online on the website and was instantly approved in less than 10 seconds for a loan. They told me to bring all my information in to the branch after I set up an appointment over the phone. I had to call them because they didn't call me throughout the whole day. "Stephanie" answered my call and asked me a bunch of questions about my income and collateral I can give. By the way don't speak with her she has horrible customer service and doesn't care if you get a loan or not, she told me that regardless that I had all the information I needed that since my 2008 car was less than 2,000 value that even though they approved me and checked my credit that they can't give me a loan at this time. I know for sure my car is well over 2,000 in value so they are full of it and I don't recommend them. To those who think they want to deal with this company.. DON'T. I read many reviews before I even applied online and decided to apply because most reviews said that they can actually help you. That was a lie for this state, go to a local branch that you're familiar with or a bank. Right after I went to another company and they approved me without any collateral and explained to me that i need to call corporate on this company because they should have offered me something else like a counter offer and I will. Go somewhere else and don't waste your time putting a hard inquiry on your credit report for this horrible company. I personally recommend 1st Franklin financial or Gulf islands Credit or top notch in Mississippi!
