This business is unethical and will allow their customers to use anyone's information to secure a loan. BEWARE. Horrible management team as well.

The employees are very nice and professional with the exception and of the manager Tyler. He’s cocky, sarcastic and very arrogant. He’s young and has the little man syndrome he’s allowed his title go to his head. He speaks down to you, he’s not a people person. He threatened me not physically and demanded things. Said I told him things that are not true. I spoke to several people and businesses regarding this individual thinking we just clashed, however, it’s not me. This just didn’t happen once this is each time he and I had a conversation then once in person. I have a complete video of the encounter in which I’m speaking of. Later, I found out that my elderly mother (late 70s) went in to pay a bill for my great nephew and she was treated the same way and she wasn’t even the customer. He was talking poorly of my great nephew to her. Now, that’s just unacceptable from anyone. I made a complaint to the corporate office and his supervisors solution was, I spoke to Tyler regarding this and told him we can’t have this again and ask me if I could mail my payments in, have someone else bring my payments in or go to another branch and make my payments. Further stated I’ll have a female in the office call you if need be instead of him. REALLY.
YES I’ve fallen on hard times I’m behind $350 but in good faith I’m paying them what I can each month but that’s not good enough for them. I was with Harrison Finance for years until Tower Loan bought them out and my pay history was excellent but that doesn’t matter. Harrison Finance Manager’s never acted like he does. I can only imagine how he treats the employees he supervises.
If you use Tower Loan May I suggest you avoid this branch and any contact with the manager.

They are completely unwilling to help accommodate partial payments due to covid. The only way they allow deferred payments is if you come in and borrow more money, increasing your payments and interest. The last time I was transferred to Tyler, the branch manager, I have NEVER been treated so rudely, he made actual threats to me. He said, among other horrible things, “I don’t care where you get the money, you’ll pay me a full payment or you will see just how bad I can make your life. You will call me and beg me ‘Tyler please make it stop’.....your phone isn’t turned off, how did you pay that?” I have no idea how that “man” has his job. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will steer anyone I can far away. I originated my loan about 4 years ago through Harrison Finance and they were good until they sold out to Tower loan. After years in good standing you would think they would be accommodating instead of verbally abusive.

The Tower Loans office in Gulfport, MS has the kindest most enthusiastic loan officers I have ever met. Even when I was behind they stayed positive and helpful until I was able to get myself caught up. I will be recommending this Tower Loans office to my friends and family.

These people bought my loan from Harrison Finance and neither Tower nor Harrison Finance bothered to inform me. I got a call from Tower saying my bill was past due and that they don't do mail out billing. If you need a loan do yourself a favor and avoid these people like the plague.

I have done business with this place for years and just can't seem to like it. They always want to call you and loan but never even try to meet my standards. Also, weather you have outstanding credit or not, you get treated the same as someone with no credit... high rates, short terms.. I deal with many other companies that treat me much better and actually try to meet my standards. Companies that understand that their employment is paid by our notes. If you have good to excellent credit then I suggest a better company than this, as I have. Joshua Luke Jones
