Initial contact and writeup was prompt, fast and friendly... So I was unsure of my payment due date so I called for info... Due date falls on a Monday so I asked if I can come in next Thursday or do I need to rewrite and was asked why I couldn't come in today (payday) and pay it early...(in a snotty tone) soooooo Miss thing will get her money MONDAY as scheduled not before n not after and I will NEVER do business with them again... In the past over 3 yrs ago I had used Speedy Cash n Mississippi Title loans for that 30 day payment. N If I ever need it again I will return to those two businesses ..Customer service on phone callcsucked today. Signed Juantia Haynes
