Started paying on my friends car note because she couldn't afford to pay it anymore. Employees lied saying she was caught up on her payments so that it compiled more interest . Now. I owe $700 extra because of this company. Not willing to do anything about it even though I was being told that the account was current. Obviously whoever is over this place is filled with greed and has no intention of giving anyone any kind of training. The Manger of the branch said she would talk to her boss, and that she'd call me back in 2 days. She proceeded to wait 2 weeks ignoring any attempts I had to get her to reach back out in that time. I just wanted them to wave the late fees for the 2 months(yes that's almost $700 for 2 months, because intrest is 300% for late fees) that I was lied to while they are compounding interest on me, but this place if filled with evil, manipulative, greedy, cowardly people. That don't want to take accountability for an issue that is obviously deeply routed in this company. *Update* the message from them under my review seems to just be a ploy with no intention of actually trying to address anything. I emailed them almost immediately. It is 29 hours later, still with no response. I'm assuming they are trying to look positive in the public eye with the illusion of concern, but they have no intention of setting things straight. *update 2* they emailed me as soon as I posted the first update, and then have not responded in 2 days again. I'm now believing that their pr team gets notified about Google reviews, but can't be bothered to do anything on their own
