Kimberly was awesome to work with. She was caring, personable, funny and just all around the best.

They don’t disclose anything properly. Go to another branch.Especially Kim. Watch those hidden fees that they don’t tell you about so read everything before you sign. I would call out those fees and Kim would just say “ oh yea, those are on every loan”

WORST financial company EVER! Ina is VERY unprofessional, they NEVER answer the phone ran my credit 6 times, gave me a loan approval, just to come back & tell me the company doesn’t even work with whom i was trying to purchase a vehicle from HIGHLY will NEVER refer anyone to them POOREST customer service!!! Y’all have done ENOUGH already!!! NO thank you!

Great place to get a loan. The whole process went Fast and Smoothly. Angel did a Spectacular job on my paperwork and she explained everything with Care and Professionalism. Overall I'm very Satisfied with my Experience.

We have been dealing with OneMain for several years. We never really had an issue with them until recently. I don't know if it's new employee's or what but when you are not even a whole month behind they harass you by phone, literally calling at least 4 times a day every single day. Where as before they understood when we had slow income periods. I mean we know we need to pay, you don't have to call 50 million times in a week.

One main financial really stepped up to the plate during my time of need. I would recommend them to everyone I know. The reference process was quick and easy.

I don't have any problems but I will say this I've been waiting almost a month my first payment is due June the 9th and I still haven't got my title application in the mail I keep hearing different stories all I know is is I can't drive the truck I'm buying so don't expect a payment from me and I am hiring an attorney Monday morning
